Motor Claims – Third Party Property Damage (TPPD)

What happens in a Third Party Property Damage Claim?

If you are at fault, the other party will make a claim against your insurance company. If the other party is at fault, you can make a claim against his/her insurance company.

If you are not at fault and wish to claim against the other party, you should file a police report within 24 hours. Then, send your car for repairs and file a claim against the other insurance company. You will have to pay for the cost of repair in advance and make a third party property damage claim after.
